A little bit folk music, a little bit storytelling and a little bit comedy, singer-songwriter Gavin Osborn's style is unique and instantly endearing.
Osborn has written and performed for BBC Radio 4, as well as touring Australia and gigging with the likes of John Hegley, Robin Ince and Ricky Gervais. He has released two studio albums, In the Twee Small Hours and Meeting Your Heroes, with songs encompassing everything from love and heartbreak to cryogenic freezing and attempting to rob Burger King.
His song-writing style is witty, whimsical and often with a hint of melancholy, and like most musical comedians, the lyrics usually take on a narrative form rather than being abstract.
