Jim Jeffries

Aussie filthbag Jim Jeffries is not one for the easily offended.You can expect expletives, jokes on the disabled and sexual anecdotes about vibrating eggs. He has even been punched by an audience member on stage before. He is not however, all smut and no style; he has a brilliant knack for telling frank, detailed stories and (almost always) charms the audience with his confident and laid-back banter.

In 2005, he performed at The Montreal Just for Laughs Festival with his Nasty Show and garnered one of the biggest press articles at the festival. He was asked back the following year to the festival this time to do a solo week, which sold out every night. He was also nominated for best headliner in the 2008 Chortle awards. His Fringe shows in Edinburgh over 2006 and 2007 received loads of 4 and 5 star reviews and were complete sell-outs. He has also toured America and starred in several TV shows such as Comedy Cuts, Heaven & Earth, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and The World Stands Up.
