Mancunian comic Mick Ferry is not only popular up north but also regularly graces the stage of top London comedy hotspot the Comedy Store. His rants about anything from teachers to the north-south divide are always right on the money and his chatty, conversational style means he is well-suited to the role of compere he frequently takes on at The Frog and Bucket, The Buzz, Murphy's Malarkey and many others.
He has previously reached the finals of Channel 4's prestigious 'So You Think You're Funny' competition and been chosen to support Badly Drawn Boy on tour as one third of surreal sketch trio Dr Strangehair. After the group split up he went solo with debut show
Mick Ferry’s Won F*&K All! which was a sell-out success and received rave reviews at the Manchester Comedy Festival in 2004. He currently runs a comedy night in Manchester called
Mick Ferry's Space Cadets and hosts a weekend radio show.
