The Penny Dreadfuls

Brillant sketch trio The Penny Dreadfuls are a troupe who perform the Victorian comedy show Aeneas Faversham to packed out audiences across the UK. They are made up of Humphrey Ker, David Reed and Thom Tuck. As well as being hits of the Edinburgh Festival, they have featured on BBC3 and BBC Radio 4 and have recently recorded their first four-part radio series, 'The Brothers Faversham' for BBC Radio 7.

Their sketches are energetic and imaginative, ranging from the Crimean war to the vampires of Whitby and a hilarious take on 'The Invisible Man'. A must-see act with a difference.
