Stand-up Tom Wrigglesworth started on the comedy circuit in 2002 and his talent was fast acknowledged. He won the prestigious Channel 4
So You Think You're Funny? competition in 2003 and was nominated 'Best Newcomer' by Chortle the following year. In 2005, he went full-time and has been regularly booked at comedy clubs all over the UK ever since. He has also performed a show every year at Edinburgh's Fringe Festival since 2006; rewarded with a 'Best Show' nomination there in 2009.
With an uncannily similar voice to fellow Yorkshireman Daniel Kitson, he is also a gifted story-teller and an expert at casually ad-libbing with the audience. Occasionally he breaks into light-hearted songs about the everyday - the Ikea 'homebreaker' is a classic.
