Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, the up-and-coming Barem (a.k.a. Mauricio Barembuem) joined Richie Hawtin's M_nus label in 2005 and has spent the last few years touring extensively. He's built up a decent reputation as one to watch for.

His own productions are exactly what you'd expect: steady, entrancing minimal techno. Can you ever go wrong with that?
