Hudson Mohawke
One of Warp Records' 2008 signings, Hudson Mohawke is a young producer who, along with the likes of Rustie and TVO, is part of the Glasgow electronic music scene centred around the LuckyMe collective and clubnight Numbers.
Hip-hop, R&B and grime inform his futuristic, wide-screen synthesiser work, and hard-hitting beats, too, most obviously on tunes like 'Oops' (which samples the vocal from Tweet's hit of the same name).
