Former Mr 'Sara Cox', Jon Carter is an Essex-born DJ noted for producing big beat electronic. His career started when he embraced the acid house scene of the late eighties and his since worked with the great and good through the nineties to today. Disliking the way house music had dropped into self-parody Carter's sound remains fresh and funk laden.
