Mr Oizo
French producer Quentin Dupieux was made commonly famous by Levis when his farty electro track 'Flat Beat' was deemed to be the music that 'Flat Eric' - an innocuous yellow puppet - danced to whilst cruising with his Levis clad friend.
Mr Oizo has produced three albums, 'Analog Worms Attack', 'Moustache (Half a Scissor)' and his latest 'Transexual'.
He's a cunning remixer, and has produced rerubs of Jamelia, Cassius, Scissor Sisters and Calvin Harris.
He produced a film called Steak in 2007, and alongside Sebastian Tellier, wrote the film score. It's widely accepted to be propped up by the excellent soundtrack and the cinematography. It has virtually disappeared without a trace.
