Russ Cuban aka Clemente Rodriguez aka Different Strokes is a versatile funk and house DJ and producer whose various projects have had a big influence on the house music scene, opening up dancefloors to Afrobeat and Latin grooves and melding hip hop and other urban influences to rave music.
Brummie Russ has a background playing hip hop and funk: he used to support the likes of Sugarhill Gang and Macy Gray. He continues to have a huge network of live collaborators and is a block-rocking DJ of choice for more eclectic dance festivals from Bestival in the Isle of Wight to Rockness in the far north of Scotland. He rocks the land!
