Scooter

Scooter are a Hamburg techno outfit formed in 1994 who have sold over 14 million records. Their commercial hardcore and Euro-trance style is characterised by front-man H.P. Baxxter's spoken or shouted lyrics and pitch-shifted 'chipmunk' vocals.

They have more recently appropriated elements of the Belgian variant on hardcore techno known as jumpstyle, with their single 'Jumping All Over The World'.
