Scott Grooves
Patrick Scott - aka Scott Grooves - is a house music luminary who is considered to be one of Detroit's finest producers.
He met techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson at The Music Institute and ended up playing keyboards for Inner City.
He started releasing his Detroit stylings on Soma and his debut - 'Pieces Of A Dream' - cemented him as a 'classic' producer. His most famous track is 'Mothership Reconnection' - a collaboration with Funkadelic/Parliament main man George Clinton. Daft Punk remixed it in 1998.
