Sonny J

Popbitch best buddy Sonny J is a turntablist and bootlegger whose version of the Jackson 5's 'Can't Stop Moving' was tipped by certain sections of the media as the hit of summer 2007. Presumably he is friends with these journalists - it is only an OK tune, certainly not as good than the original.

That said, Sonny J is an excellent DJ, with impressive live bootleg skills and a record box that had us pondering the possibility of mugging him on the way out of the venue.

What's more, while writing this unjustly hostile review, and listening to his myspace, I've come across two other tracks which are both total party bangers, man! So I guess the guy is pretty damn good.
