'I don't beleeeeeeeeeive it!' There's more than one Richard Wilson? Oh yes, several in fact. An American composer, an Australian general, sci-fi writer, New Zealand goalkeeper, Irish politician... the list goes on. Oh and some artist dude who's pretty big apparently.
Big? Yes, British artist is best known for his large-scale site-specific sculptures and installations. Famous works include 20:50 an exactly proportioned room half-filled with sump oil (bought by Saatchi); Slice of Reality a bit of boat cut off and mounted on the Thames river bed; and Turning the Place Over, a large rotating disc in the side of a Liverpool building.
