Sumer Erek
Cyprus-born contemporary artist Sumer Erek is best known for his 'newspaper houses' - large-scale architectural works constructed out of rolled-up newspaper.
These are interesting works that combine the vision and conceptual thoroughness of the artist with the playfulness and sense of fun of those school design projects where you had to build a bridge out of straws or whatever.
