Wolfgang Tillmans is one of the biggest names in contemporary photography. The first photographer and first non-British citizen to win the Turner Prize (in 2000), he is known for his innovative techniques both in terms of the production of images and in terms of exhibition layout and display.
Although he has shot for i-D and Vogue, Tillmans is probably better known for his more experimental works. From abstract to figurative, pictures of friends to works inspired by Concorde, Tillmans brings his unique vision to everything he produces: he is one of the most influential figures in photography today.
