3rd Rok

Joe Poulton is 3rd Rok - a young rapper from Hackney who plays guitar as well as rapping. The result is a smoother, less aggressive fusion of rock and hip hop originated by Hed PE et al.

3rd Rok has a good voice, phat backing tracks, a magnetic and endearingly cockney-twanged rapping style and some clever rhymes which attack everything from London tourism to 'beerheads'.
