Ali Love makes music inspired by the likes of Prince, Gram Parsons and the Ramones. A fusion of punk, funk and folk, his songs are lyrically based around his experiences with drugs, drink and regrettable one night stands.
The music does edge a bit too much towards copying 70s funk at times, and it often gets a bit Nathan Barley, but if you’d rather groove along to someone else’s bad trip, this is the man for you.
