Cherbourg

Emerging in 2008, Cherbourg have been at the vanguard of the poppy folk sound that has been blowing the cobwebs out of the stuffy singer-songwriter dominated folk scene in London.

Known as much for their virtuosity as for their soaring pop edged melodies, dynamic compositions and glorious four part vocal harmonies, they're definitely worth checking out if you're at all into Fleet Foxes or Frightened Rabbit.
