CSS

CSS aka Cansei de Ser Sexy, is a band from Sao Paulo, Brazil, formed by the end of 2003. The name is the Portuguese for "Got tired of Being Sexy". The members are: Lovefoxxx (vocals), Adriano Cintra (drums, guitar, vocals and production), Luiza Sá (guitar, drums and keys), Ana Rezende (guitar and harmonica), Iracema Trevisan (bass) and Carol Parra (guitar and drums). Like the Arctic Monkeys, CSS became known through the internet. The brazilian band became famous at Trama Virtual website, which is a kind of Brazilian MySpace. Their popularity has been assured in this country, with praise from all angles, a well received debut album, and appearances with Jarvis Cocker and Klaxons.
