David Byrne is a prolific musician and artist, having established himself as a successful solo artist after achieving enormous critical and commercial success as a founding member of the seminal Talking Heads.
Eno, born in 1952 formed Talking Heads in 1975 and the band went on to record now legendary songs such as 'Once In A Lifetime'.
During his time in the band Byrne took up outside projects including a solo album with another iconic figure of music, Brian Eno. The pair have had an incredibly fruitful relationship with Eno producing 3 Talking Heads records and and collaborating with him throughout his solo career.
Byrne released his first solo album proper, Rei Momo, in 1989 and has been working consistently since.
In 2008 he reteamed up with Eno to produce a new album, Everything That Happens Will Happen Today, songs from which he performs at the 2009 Ether Festival in a special 2 night stand at the Royal Festival Hall.
