Winners of 2003's Battle of the Bands, this five piece Scottish outfit have garnered a huge following and similar levels of praise from industry figures and critics. With a sound that incorporates elements of the Manic's, Oasis and The Strokes, it would be all too easy to toss them into the rather overcrowded 'heard it all before' pile. But their early work has some zip and zeal which should prove chartworthy once they hit the big time.
