Feeder
Welsh rockers Feeder started out as an indie punk trio, scoring a few minor hits before their third album 'Echo Park', propelled by the anthemic single 'Buck Rogers', shot them into the charts in 2001.
Tragically, a year later drummer Jon Lee took his own life, leaving Grant Nicholas and Taka Hirose shell shocked. Recruiting former Skunk Anansie sticksman Mark Richardson, they took a short break, and returned with a bang as 'Comfort In Sound' raised their star further.
Now dealing mainly in power ballads that seem to be perpetually dedicated to Lee, they have lost some of the excitement, but they remain popular.
