If there's one thing that's been totally overdone in the first decade of the new millennium then it's been dance pop. Or so we thought until we heard LA odd-balls Fol-Chen and their frankly bizarre re imagining of the genre.

Shrouded in a cloak of mystery and a bucket load of hiptser appeal, this five piece make clever, beat-laden indie pop that somehow manages to sound like Prince, Aum Dul and !!! all at the same time.
