The erstwhile Million Dead frontman has swapped heavy rock for acoustic alt-folk and is rapidly building up a devoted following.
His first solo show was at 93 Feet East in September 2004, initially an outlet from his duties with the band, it has quickly blossomed into a successful career change. His debut release, the 'Campfire Punkrock' EP, sold out in weeks and his debut album 'Sleep is for the Week' was released in January 2007 to positive reviews. He has been on tour virtually ever since and is now signed to Xtra Mile.
Frank's incredibly powerful vocal chords, clever songwriting and self-effacing style have created a strong fanbase, building on the followers of Million dead who stuck with him. Musically, this guy is head and shoulders above most of the 'Holloway' scenesters with dozens of well-loved songs and the ability to electrify thousand-plus capacity venues with nothing more than an acoustic guitar.
For Frank, years of touring in the UK, Europe and the USA have started to pay off - he is held in huge regard on both hardcore and folk scenes and can expect high profile collaboratins and huge venues aroun the corner. His next album and the tours that follow it are make or break - and greatness beckons.
