Hailing from Brooklyn, Grizzly Bear are a four piece indie band whose music is seductive and intimate, deep with hazy-eyed choruses, whistles, piano and banjo.
Originally the solo project of Edward Droste, playing as a four piece allowed the complextity of sound to be played live.
The band toured throughout the year, playing songs off the first album as well as some of the new songs they were collectively writing that would make up their first record as a band, Yellow House.
