One time model, Kelis first got into the music industry by featuring on several records produced by the Neptunes. Kaleidoscope was her first album, released in 1999, and featured the chart-topping angry anthem, 'I hate you so much right now!'

She didn't reach widespread popularity until the release of her second album Tasty, which featured a collaboration with Andre 3000 on the hugely famous track 'millionaire', alongside other huge hits, including 'milkshake'.
