The godfathers of New Rave (they even invented the name) Klaxons are three neon-clad, Nike high-top wearing electro-indie pioneers who changed the face of mainstream indie by becoming the first of the new breed of synth led bands to break through.
Stemming from the New Cross scene, they have gone on to play triumphant sets at Reading and Leeds, sell out shows across the country, and release a top 3 album with 'Myth of the Near Future'.
Sure, it isn't exactly original, and new rave is a false scene, but there are few bands as exciting as Klaxons around right now. If 'Atlantis to Interzone' and 'Gravity's Rainbow' get you dancing in your bedroom, just wait for the manic reactions at a Klaxons gig.
