A guitarist and singer from Philadelphia, when not being the lead vocalist in psych-folksters The War On Drugs, Kurt Vile is touring the world in his solo guise.

Likened to Bruce Springsteen, Bob Segar and Tom Petty, his lo-fi indie has earned him respect across the globe, with Matador records picking him up for his debut album in 2009.
