Munch Munch

As much as we miss Q and not U, we're kind of over the endless parade of bands that aim to sound just like them.

Thankfully that can all stop now as Munch Munch, somehow, has managed to pull off the impossible and create a sound that is fun, happy and weird and yet does not piss on the grave of the departed Dischord 3-piece.

With songs that come across as 3 minute master classes in how to write pop song, complete with weirdo lyrics, bizarre instruments and fucked up arrangements. OK, they can sound a bit like the Klaxons at times, but we can forgive them that.

Oh, and the drumming is beserkoid.
