A four-piece from the Garden State (that's New Jersey for those who aren't familiar with US geography or the work of Zach Braff), Real Estate are a bath of sound that takes all of the best bits of The Beach Boys, Velvet Underground and Television and mixes them up into a crazy, but really friendly beach party.

Oh yeah, they also feature Matthew Mondanile who anyone who heads to Upset The Rhythm shows will know from Ducktails.
