The brainchild of a mysterious ginger-haired bloke called L who comes from a small town near some bigger ones in the North East of England, Spectrals might be one of those one-man garage outfits like Blank Dogs or Dum Dum Girls, but there really is no one working in the UK who's doing dreamy surf-laden psych-pop better than this guy.
