Super Tennis are an experimental indie three-piece from North London, whose unique brand of lo-fi indie pop has done the so often stagnant indie music scene proud.
Their songs have depth and atmosphere, but also exuberance and a sense of humour. It's a jovial take on tribulation which puts a catchy pop tablecloth over a a post-rocky, punky table, carved with lovers' initials. They are also really good at using silence, pauses and empty space within songs, AND at writing the catchiest hooks.
They go on stage dressed in tennis outfits. That says it all really.
