The Corrs

Celtic folk rock band The Corrs were rocking the folk scene before it was cool to sport a banjo and a messy hair cut. Taking the saying 'keeping it in the family' and sticking to it, all of the members were spawned from one very proud mother, with a lot of patience for truly depressing music.

They use ethereal vocals to convey just how melancholy love and loss can make you, and never fail to lighten the mood at any social event. Unfortunately these folk legends are around no longer, but you can buy there back catalogue from any good charity shop for a very reasonable price.
