The Hoosiers

Exciting indie pop act with a nice line in clever, catchy songs that bring howls of appreciation from their fans, and offer plenty of sing along soaring choruses. Irwin Sparkes is the male lead singer and describes himself accurately as a Yodel-ier. He is very high pitched and a little fey, but in an entirely winning way. The addition of a lady singer has transformed their live show and grown their range a lot.

Great, haunting songs with anthemic bits and memorable, witty lyrics have won the Hoosiers considerable critical acclaim and thousands of loyal fans - which they deserve. They are outstanding live.
