What would you do if you were the frontman of Britain's most successful band? Marry a supermodel perhaps, or develop an addiction to some intoxicating substance or another?
Not Alex Turner (though his girlfriend is rather famous), he decided to set up an Arctic Monkeys side project with the fella from the Rascals, and make some Scott Walker-esque orchestral pop.
Somehow it all works and Turner, at the tender age of 22, released his third good album in as many years with 'The Age of the Understatement' in 2008. It's almost frightening how talented the little oik is.
