Ulterior are a London four piece who are basically trying to re-erect the German electro scene of the late 80's- by basically sounding like Mark E Smith singing over Depeche Mode in the heroin days.

This has the effect of either making you dance like a man possessed or makes you want to pitch your pint glass at the singers face and angular hair cut.
