Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band

Formed by John Lennon and Yoko Ono in 1969, a year before the dissolution of The Beatles, the Plastic Ono Band was a conceptual supergroup with Yoko Ono, John Lennon, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Eric Clapton, Billy Preston, Manfred Mann bassist Klaus Voormann, future Yes drummer Alan White and recently convicted producer Phil Spector contributing to either the band's two studio recordings or appearing during live performances.

Yoko Ono will be attempting to resurrect the band on 14th June for their first UK gig at Meltdown Festival at Royal Festival Hall, although it has not been confirmed whether any of the original members will be performing.
