Camille O'Sullivan

Born in London to a French artist and Irish racing driver,  Camille O'Sullivan moved to Cork in Ireland when she was a child. Prior to running away with 'The Famous Spiegeltent' circus, she spent a year studying Fine Art painting then onto University College Dublin, where she graduated with a first class degree. A near fatal car gave her the drive she needed to pursue her dreams of performing and she won her first big break in 2004 when cast in Mrs Henderson Presents alongside Dame Judi Dench.

As a solo performer Camille has performed 5 Star sell-out seasons in Australia, New York,the UK and Ireland. From interpreting the work of Nick Cave, Jacques Brel, Tom Waits, David Bowie, Kurt Weill and more, her shows are truly astonishing as she weaves characters and stories with theatrical songs.

What a performance and a half- her sultry romp across the stage is quite exhausting to watch, while the continuous striptease is an impressive lesson in the art of layering! Her dark humour, Irish charm and incredible voice makes this a very memorable, outrageous and strangely emotional show. It had me in tears anyway and I have a heart of stone...
