About Brixton
Located in South London, Brixton has slowly become one of London’s most desirable areas for residence and entertainment. Over the years it has received lots of positive and negative attention for its diverse and multicultural society. If you walk down any street in the area you’re bound to hear a whole range of languages, from Portuguese to Yoruba. Big venues in the area such as Brixton Academy and The Fridge have cemented Brixton’s reputation as being one of the best places in London for live music and serious clubbing. Thanks to its strong African Caribbean community this is also a great area to head to try out some tasty and unusual foods.
