What's on in Fulham
You’d be forgiven for walking into the London area of Fulham without even noticing. Located right next to Chelsea, the two areas blend seamlessly into one another, with more wealthy residents, their large houses and nicer cars than the Top Gear team in the drives. The only stark difference between the two areas is their football teams, who continue to be fierce rivals of one another.
Like many areas of London, Fulham has a village-like quality and provides plenty of restaurants, theatres, pubs and clubs for its residents so that they don’t have to venture into the centre of town for entertainment. During the day, especially at the weekends, the nearby Earls Court Exhibition Centre becomes a popular destination and hosts a number of exhibitions and shows throughout the year. Fulham’s younger crowd are likely to join their Chelsea counterparts on the Kings Road and head to Crazy Larrys or next door to Embargo. For the older crowd, the Fairfax Gallery and the Finsborough theatre are popular choices.
