Three promoters unite to bring you another edition of Balance: Split, Wang and Base - stalwarts of London's dirty underside - make it bigger in all respects this month.
Their launch party placed them firmly on the map with one of the best techno line-ups of the year.
Tonight they dish up another who's who of techno, with The Advent playing a live show, DJ Stingray jetting in to spill his Detroit cuts and cult heroes Si Begg and Bass Junkie keeping it real.
