On every Thursday and Friday St Chad's invites a DJ over to rummage through his record bags and come up with the ideal sounds for a bit of cocktail sipping.
Depending on the guy, the music moves from house through to early 80s punk and the odd disco hit. But no matter who it is it's allways laid-back, funky and no nonsense in its approach.
