Winning the 'Best Newcomer' award at the Melbourne Comedy Festival this year, Claudia O'Doherty's mock lecture about her undersea colony and research facility Aquaplex, is a delightful hour of comedic fantasy. From handing out dream helmets for the audience to conducting a Q&A session about her life in Aquaplex, this is a charming and innovative solo debut from the award-winning Australian.

Claudia is best known as 'the girl' from Pig Island, the theatrical sketch group who won awards and critical acclaim in Sydney, Melbourne and Edinburgh. She also won Best Newcomer at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2010 and Best Comedy at the Melbourne Fringe Festival 2009.
