All week this place is humming with students and youngsters who like to get wasted whilst nodding to the latest pop and rock, but come Saturday night the prices go right up and the music heads backwards into the last four decades.
The cheap, good cocktails and friendly staff remain, but on Saturday night the Roxy is definitely 'cheesy'. Nothing wrong with that of course, and with a big group of mates dressed up and ready to make dancing fools of themselves, this is a great night out.
