Oh man this sounds literally awesome. The Experimental Food Society comprises such crackpot culinary innovators as the Rebel Dining Society, Bompass & Parr, the Curious Confectioner and Lily Vanilli, and for one day this September they're all converging on the Brickhouse for a day of foody amazingness.

There's a daytime exhibition, where you can watch food being made, watch some of the artists and eat the odd morsel, and then in the evening a full-scale dining bonanza with performance and all manner of oddball deliciousness. The best and most exciting food-making peeps in the whole of London town - all together in one place for your delectation. Literally, we cannot wait.
