Indie-pop with a twist tonight, as Gold Sounds play the Old Blue Last.
With their bouncy pop hooks and chiming guitars, you might be mistaken in thinking these were another group of Indie also-rans. However, the melodies are stronger than most, and songs like 'So it Goes' are aided and abetted by glorious brass and woodwind chirrups.
Tonight they release their debut EP, 'Home Schooled', which should make for an effervescent performance. You'll also get a free copy of the EP with entry. Golden!
