In the quaint Irish town of Inishfree Thomas Magill takes it upon himself to police his neighbours moral misgivings. Cillian Murphy plays one man and his village in this unsettling image of a fiercely focused man battling drunks, hussies and a dog that won't stop barking.

The fantastically dark writer Enda Walsh has scripted this in monologue form, writing in reel-to-reel tape recorders to create a whole village on stage.
