BAC host an international festival of individual performances, tailor-made to the audience. This isn't theatre you're going to see, this is theatre you're going to do.

Expect something delicate, intimate, highly ambitious and perfect for those with a sense of adventure.

This year they have a list of 'menus' from you to choose from. Each menu is themed (including one for 'men only' - very intriguing) and contains a big ol' main dish and a couple of side dishes to boot.

Themes are as follows:

1.MIND-BENDING
You need to be a bit of a toughie for this one. Things get a little twisted and you'll need a strong stomach. 

2. PERSONAL 
You defnintely get a bulky, somewhat challenging main event before things get sweet and nostalgic.

3. CHALLENGING
"A powerful mix of uncompromising flavours, for those with an appetite for experience"

4. INTIMATE
The events that come under this theme will definitely leave you moved.

5. IMMERSIVE
A bit of escapism here. Expect things to get a little dreamy with every possibility of evolving into a nightmare.

6. TECHNOLOGISED
"Lie back, strap in, open wide and press play. Machines have taste buds too."

7. OUT OF BODY
Part of One on One festival is transporting audiences to somewhere totally new or unfathomably distant. There's also time for contemplation with this one.

8. SELF-AWARE (MEN ONLY)
"A tasty combination of self-observation and personal memory washed down with a glass of voyeurism."

9. REFLECTIVE
Time for thinking here too but a it emotionally taxing. Some subtles heartache, beauty and morality.

10. DREAMY
Three events that explore your dreams and desires, remind you of your childhood. Plus a seedy hotel room.
