A four-piece from the Garden State (that's New Jersey for those who aren't familiar with US geography or the work of Zach Braff), Real Estate are a bath of sound that takes all of the best bits of The Beach Boys, Velvet Underground and Television and mixes them up into a crazy, but really friendly beach party.

Tonight they're playing a super low key show that a) will no doubt be like all of your birthdays combined, and b) sold out ages ago.
